What we do with the information collected
Our primary purpose for collecting this information is to meet the requirements you want from us and the school/group you are connected to. It also enables us to better understand your needs and provide you with a better service from ourselves and any other third party providers of the service(s) you wish to use. For example, if you are a customer purchasing from your school, club or group who manage and administer this shop, we share the information we collect with them so that they are able to administer their store correctly. In addition to these important communications, you also have the option of receiving updates and news relevant to this shop and our services. This may include:
- New items available to purchase, new fundraising features, special offers and information which we think you may find interesting using the email address or phone number you have provided.
- Providing the services and customer support you request; customise, measure and improve our services, content and advertising; tell you about our services and those of linked websites and services, targeted marketing, service updates, and promotional offers based on your preferences.
To opt in to these updates as a customer, click ‘Manage account’ and select ‘Change account settings’. Tick the relevant check box.
If you are a shop administrator, visit ACCOUNT and select Your details. Tick the relevant check box.
